On these free fishing days on the Chicago River, rods, reels, bait and instructors will be provided. No fishing license is required at this location on these days and times. Children, aged 12 and under, have an opportunity to win a new Zebco 22 spincast rod and reel combo. Boat rides on the Chicago River, also at no charge, are available courtesy of Basa’s Marine.
